MILAN (AP) — Alysa Liu had just delivered a near-flawless Olympic free skate on Thursday night, one that left a packed crowd inside the Milano Ice Skating Arena standing and roaring, when a television camera zoomed in on the American star as she was heading off the ice.

The final gold medal of the 2026 Winter Olympics in Figure Skating will be handed out Thursday as Americans Alysa Liu, Amber Glenn, and Isabeau Levito look to halt the momentum of Japanese skaters Ami Nakai and Kaori Sakamoto,

Liu also won gold in the team event at on Feb. 8 at the Milan Games
